Customers have the right to cancel the contract within 7 working days of receiving the goods.

If you cancel the contract we will gladly refund within 3 days of the cancellation provided:

(a) You have informed us prior to returning goods

(b) The goods are received un-used, in the same condition you received them and carriage paid.

No policy, extended guarantee, or any statement on this site affects the
consumers statutory rights.

We will not share your name or personal details with any third party

We do not send any un-solicited mail, e-mail or marketing material

We do not debit cards until goods are ready for dispatch

We confirm your order by email.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working
days of receipt but if for any reason
we cannot dispatch goods within 4 working days we
will inform you by e-mail

If goods turn out to be faulty or different from those that the customer ordered we will provide a full refund including return carriage charges. This is regardless of whether the goods have been personalised by us as requested by the customer.
